The Art of Sushi

Here are some images from our visit to the Sushi shop just a short walk from my house.

As we waited for our lunch, we watched the owner preparing bento box lunches in elegant

wood boxes, then wrapping them in detail as if they were Christmas presents, followed by

chopsticks wrapped delicately on top.  Another tribute to the Japanese are of detail and presentation.
